Happy Monday! It’s always hard to get going after a Holiday weekend. One of the perks about being a Nurse is that you don’t work 5 days/wk! I’m off until Wednesday so I figured I would share with y’all one of my outfits from this weekend. I love mixing affordable pieces with high end accessories. It just makes the whole outfit look more chic (IMO). This adorable Gingham top is such a steal. It comes in 3 different colors and the detail on this top is everything. I love the peplum and open back detail. It’s perfect for date night.
If you guys follow me on Instagram you would’ve seen that I posted this outfit on Friday. My husband and I went out for sushi! It’s kind of a big deal because a year ago he wouldn’t even entertain the idea of trying sushi (crazy, I know). Finally, I was able to force him to try a piece and he loved it …go figure, lol. We went to one of our favorite places and I got so many compliments on this top. Nobody believed me when I told them how affordable it was. Honestly, I believe that you when you mix trendy pieces with some high end, classic accessories it takes the outfit to another level (making it look more stylish). Which is exactly what I did here.
