- Laura Geller – Gilded Honey – This is my go-to highlighter. I have so many highlighters in my makeup collection and this is the one I always grab for. It is a beautiful golden shade with zero glitter. It is just a nice sheen that applies almost like a cream but it’s a powder. This makes your face look dewy and adds the perfect amount of glow to your cheeks.
- NARS Sheer Glow Foundation – I have been using this foundation for years! Let me start off by saying, There is nothing sheer about this foundation. It is 100% full coverage, and I love it. It’s a little bit more expensive but so worth it. Also, it comes in 20 shades so there’s a shade available for every skin tone.
- Buxom Gloss- Dolly – I have tried a lot of glosses in the last decade, but this one definitely stands out. It offers high shine and has a cool, tingling feeling when applied to the lips. It’s a beautiful mauve shade that goes with literally every outfit. I have this in my purse at all time. Another fan favorite is the White Russian shade. It’s so good.
- L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara– This mascara is perfect if you are looking for fuller lashes. I apply 3 different mascaras but this one does an amazing job at separating all the lashes so it looks fuller. I also use this mascara for my bottom lashes because the wand is small enough to coat those lashes.
- L’Oreal Primer– Oh Em Gee, this product is a must have if you want thicker/fuller lashes! I never used primer up until about 4 months ago. I heard Emily Gemma mention this so I figured I would try it…and I fell in LOVE! I truly believe this product is essential if you want thicker lashes because the primer adds so much volume. When you start applying the mascara it just builds on the primer but doesn’t look clumpy- which is important. I will say, this doesn’t add much length but I’m using revitalash ( i’ll do a review soon) and that has helped with the length.
- LORAC Unzipped Palette – This is my go-to palette because it has enough neutral shades as well as shimmer shades for the lid. I picked this palette over my morphs 35O mainly for the size. This is easy to travel with and doesn’t take up much space on my vanity. If you are looking for something affordable you can’t go wrong with Morphe. It’s one of the best palettes I own. LORAC shadows are really easy to work with and blend out beautifully.
- Milani Baked Blush-Luminoso– If you’ve seen my makeup collection you know I have a ton of blushes. This one is my favorite drugstore option, and definitely a top 5 out of all my blushes. This is a beautiful peachy shade with small flecks of glitter. It adds the perfect glow to your cheeks and its buildadble. When I first used this product I couldn’t tell a difference. I had to build it up and it was so pretty. It looks really natural with a subtle glow. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
- Ben Nye Banana Luxury Powder – This product became famous years ago by Kim Kardashion. Her makeup artist used it on her and it quickly became a favorite of mine. It’s the perfect powder to “bake” and set your concealer with. I will say, if you are lighter complexion, this will not work for you guys. It will be too dark and it will not look right under the eyes. If you have tan/olive complexion and darker, you guys will love this.
- Urban_Decay Naked Skin Concealer – If you are looking for a full coverage, hydrating, weightless concealer- look no further. This comes in 11 shades and is the best concealer for dark circles. I use two different shades. I use one shade to cover dark circles, and another shade to highlight with. This product is buildable but doesn’t feel heavy. It also offers amazing coverage. I’ve used this for years and haven’t found anything else that compares.

Your post came at the perfect time. I’ve been looking for a new primer. Thanks.

You have to try it! I never used a primer before but it makes such a huge difference. Helpful Tip: wipe off the excess before applying it so it doesn’t get clumpy.

Ooh since I’m olive I am VERY interested in that Ben Nye powder!

I think you would love it! It’s the only powder I use to set my under eye concealer and it really brightens that area and doesn’t crease at all.

Great mix of department and drugstore items! I am running out to buy the L’Oreal primer, like right now, and the Milani blush when I run out of my Tarte amazonian blush.

Awesome! Let me know how you like the primer. I would recommend brushing the excess product off into the tube so it doesn’t get clumpy. I also don’t wait for it to dry completely. I just continue to add my mascara and it works like magic!
